Client Testimonials

Thanks to HLM for their professional approach to our specific project, it was made clear from the start that the safe completion of this project was paramount and HLM conducted themselves with this in mind whilst on site. As stated previously we had tried several methods of control but this was by far the most efficient. Thanks to the guys at HLM and look forward to further work in this area if it is required.

Quality Assurance

At Hunter Land Management (HLM), we believe that our focus on professional development and the utilisation of available technological advancements gives our clients an assurance about the quality of work being undertaken by HLM.

HLM have developed our own quality and safety program known as QSafe, as a demonstration of our strong commitment to safety. This program incorporates safety as integral to achieving quality results. All staff are trained on all procedures for undertaking safe work methods and empowered to contribute to the production and improvement of these systems. HLM believes that no job is worth risking injury to employees, clients, the public or the environment.

HLM utilises WorkXact as our project management system. WorkXact gives us the power to provide clients with real time control over all aspects of the project including quoting, scheduling and cost and revenue input/outputs. WorkXact is part of HLM’s working network and can be accessed via the phone and web to keep projects up to date. The sending and receiving of projects and information via WorkXact makes project management simple, observations of progress are also made easy with the ability to observe sources utilised, employees/crews scheduled and hours worked, all of which show the projects progression and development.

HLM have fitted all vehicles with Navman Wireless Online AVL2 devices which are used to track, monitor and control the fleet of vehicles. The installation of these wireless Navman GPS units has enabled HLM to improve overall operational efficiency and customer support and service.

The Navman system enables instant visibility of the vehicle’s location without relying on predictions. Way points are received on HLM computers and mobile devices using the Navman Wireless Online AVL2 software. This data is then able to be exported into ARCGIS (HLM’s mapping program) which enables accurate and real-time mapping of vehicle movements. This system has also been configured to monitor the use of Quikspray chemical spray units that are attached to selected HLM vehicles. Data is provided as to when and where the vehicle was at the time of spraying, which can then be used to develop maps showing where works have occurred. This wireless GPS tracking system has provided numerous benefits that aid the management of the fleet of vehicles and reporting of works to clients. It is a further demonstration of the commitment within the business to provide professional best practice service to our clients.
